Since there appears to be some confusion: General anti-war discussion isn't germane to the list. However, if there is a specific action the City Council is considering - such as the anti-war resolution - then it's fine to discuss such a resolution here. A good rule: if the issue is unique to or specific to Minneapolis (such as a city anti-war resolution) it's ok. If it's not, then it's not. Same with restaurants: if they're in Minneapolis, fine.
