Current year (2003) financial reports (updated monthly) showing the "Truth in Taxation Budget" categories with "Actual" receipts and disbursements compared to "Budgeted" receipts and disbursements, both current month and year-to-date. Additional items that should be reported on a cumulative basis each year: A list of non-performing loans that are owed to the City. A list of bad debts written off by the City. A list of grants given by the City. A list of loans given by the City. Total pension and healthcare payments for former City employees. Total payroll and healthcare payments for current City employees. A complete list of property tax exempt real estate in Minneapolis (over $7 billion now).
