As a citizen who has attended the neighborhood housing committee meetings, I know the planning commission and sometimes, other council committees send out notifications of actions going to take place at certain locations in the community. The descriptions of the actions are brief, and then the date and time of the meeting is included. There is also a note at the end 'if you want more infor, go to room such and such in City Hall to view the document'. Since I'm sure the document in question was written on MS Word, why can't that be put on the planning commission website. This is the same for poilicy and ordinance changes.
