WM: I would contest this point. People are elected to be of service to the interests of their constituents, this does not make them servants in the traditional sense that kings, queens, and wealthy people may have servants. I sincerely hope that no one is treating them with the contumely that servants are often treated.They [elected officials] are supposed to be our servants, not our masters. We have the rights, not them.
