Even if this decision stands, I believe that it has cleary delineated those on the Park Board who are interested in team work, concensus building, and acting openly and fairly to conduct the business of managing parks & recreation. People who may not previously have taken an interest in Park Board elections will likely mobilize in support of people who can work together. Drop me a line when you need some help.
