you mention these things as if they are bad.  I specifically bought a
house with a yard, when my friends and relatives were pushing
townhomes on me, because i wanted to be responsible for my yard.  I
take pride in my lawn and gardens and that is something that isn't
possible living in a condo.

> You park your car in a garage that is heated to a
> temperature of over 70 degrees in the Winter.

Many of my friends have heated garages.  This is certainly not
exclusive to condo living.  I don't because my garage isn't big enough
for my vehicle so it has become a large shed.
