Yes, but in a lower price range and along tansportation routes.  This is not 
an impossible thing.  There are alot of people who don't want to own a house 
and can't afford the current condos available, yet would like to be home 
owners.  Not everyone looking for affordable property has children or is 
even married.  It's a good alternative for older people as well.  The 
relatively few condos and townhouses we have in North Mpls sell quickly and 
are well-maintained by their lucky owners.  I think condos along Broadway 
would sell well and at the same time revitalize the area.  We also have a 
nice corner lot at Penn and Lowry.
