I disagree when you say all the story has to concern Nagash. When, for
example, something happens in a city with one of your characters, it will
only happen if that character is in your party at that time. If you ditch
it, it simply won't happen. that, I think, is the strength of RoA... the
story adapts itself to the player, while in all other RPG's the player must
adapt to the story. He must do this, then that and then that, otherwise he's
stuck. RoA does something completely different.
Well, about complexity. true, for a certain part. It may seem complex, ok,
maybe it is, but if your work is structured even a complex something becomes
simple.
It's a simple matter of creating different scenarios for one event. This is
really fun to make, believe me.

Well, when I was still talking 'bout making the PA3 engine PD, I meant the
engine as it existed in PA3 and TLW, not RoA, because indeed, that one is
too complex to explain.
And dont worry, there is a mayor storyline in RoA. a very great one at that.
Just think of it like this. in every RPG, there are certain important events
that make up the story. Only in all RPG's, there is only one version of that
event. In RoA, there different versions, depending on your character's
choices and actions, and what characters have joined you.
