Yeah, I just noticed on my invoice that it says GEMXPRESSO PRO 64K PK NON-FIPS SC. I didn't realize that FIPS made a difference in this case. I have called them and they are going to send me out the right kind of cards this time.
I'm surprised that nobody on the list caught this problem earlier. I guess the next time somebody is complaining of similar symptoms we will know what to tell them.
