Thanks Dwight, I'm trying your suggestion, but I'm not sure that's what I want. It kind of blows my view scheme. I have a group of home views and a group of work views. Zooming into one of them sets the zoom for all of them. That doesn't make sense - *to me*.
I think this a bug - or at least a user interface inconvenience:). And I don't think it has anything to do with filters - except that filters are causing an entered task to disappear. So disappearance is understood - it's respecting the filter that says I just created a task outside the scope of the view/filter. I'm saying - FWIW - the problem is, when you're IN a view, you should not be able to enter a task that goes to a folder outside the scope of the view - but that's what's happening. Again, this only happens when switching back to a view and not clicking within the view to select any task/folder. Are you saying it SHOULD do this? The workaround for now is to click something in the view to let MLO know where I am and where I want the task to go - rather than "\".
