Hi Melody One of the ladies here said to me never leave the e-file without a
bit or the dummy bit that it came with. I am not sure the reason for storing
with the bit in I am going to unplug and put hand piece away in the draw as she
also suggested. I am just glad he took it apart and removed the broken bit, I
was ready to mail it off tomorrow . Thank you everybody !!!!

Yes I the drill bit is a Kupa bit it was a drum barrel type . I think someone
may have dropped my file the bit bent in the shaft I did not know I should have
never left the bit in the freakin thing it hit the deck the bit bent unknown to
me I fired her up and she was'nt coincentric and it flew apart thats what i am
thinking happened other wise why would it snap off like that. Lesson learned
here girls never ever leave a bit in your hand piece other wise this shit will
happen to you . Right ??? Million smacks with a wet noddle !! i can hear it
clicking around in there but it ain't comin out !!! Jennifer

Well I have a question: is the bit that broke one that you purchased from
Kupa?

insight on e-file break downs the other day I went to file off some acrylic and
my file skidded across my nail and the bit broke off in the file OMG !!!! I
tried feverishly to get it out to no avail so I am sending it in for service,
tomorrow . So how much $$$ that I don't have gonna cost me ??? I have the KP-36
hand piece .I love my e-file and can not live without it !!!!!!  whats the turn
around time on that ?? I live on the East coast. I know theirs got to be a few
