Oh Jennifer, ?hold on. Don't Panic>>>?you can get it out without sending? it for service.? The end of the shaft the bit fits into unscrews and you can get the broken piece out.? Did you get a small screwdriver and a flat wrentch with your unit?? The wrench has a triangular whole in it. That is the piece that will unscrew the end. ?There should be also a page of instructions for some minor maintence and how it all comes apart.? Take a look at what you got with your drill and?if you arent too mechanical there has to be a guy in your world/area that? is mechanical enough can help you out.. Where in the east are you?
