OMG, I didn't get tools or disassembly instructions with my Kupas.....either
one! BUT, I also didn't pay retail price for either. Maybe that's why! The
first one I purchased at the Sacrameto NailPro Show $375 down from $450. With
that one, I dropped it (shortly after) and the shank of the bit bent and I
couldn't get it out, so I sent it back to Kupa. They removed it and sent it
back......no charge.

The second file I bought was last year, September, when I bought the Vicki
Peters efile when they were closing out of them. The control box on it has
developed "a mind of it's own" this past October....shortly after the warranty
expired. Wouldn't you know.

I think their customer service is wonderful! I think it took about a week to
get my original drill back when I just recently sent it off to have a bearing
replaced and for maintenance. It cost me $60ish.

Oh Jennifer,
hold on. Don't Panic>>> you can get it out without sending  it for service.
The end of the shaft the bit fits into unscrews and you can get the broken
piece out.  Did you get a small screwdriver and a flat wrentch with your unit?
The wrench has a triangular whole in it. That is the piece that will unscrew
the end.  There should be also a page of instructions for some minor maintence
and how it all comes apart.  Take a look at what you got with your drill and if
you arent too mechanical there has to be a guy in your world/area that  is
mechanical enough can help you out.. Where in the east are you? Maybe one of
us is close enough to help
Good luck hope you can get it figured out.
