When I announce to my clients that I am moving, they are going to be a
combination of sad I'm leaving, happy for me and the vast majority of them
won't know who they can go to. This is something I can do for them.....find
a nailtech who will work with me for the next 3 months, get to know them, do
my nails so they can see what she does. I am not selling my clients names,
I would like to leave them with someone who I know will do a good job for
them.

You do make a good point Denise, but that is definitely not what I had in
mind. I like the idea of a new tech paying the value of 1 service per
client.....I think that's fair. I am in the same boat as Lynette.....no one
around here seems to produce consistantly good work and the spas go through
techs too fast to keep anyone good around. I would like to teach someone to
do it MY way and if that person sticks with it they'll be making a good
living.
