Pati You may well be right......behind this whole idea is the original thought that very few of my clients will have someone to go to now. They all know that changes are coming.....and almost all of them, at some point, have made a remark regarding what they'll do if I leave. Most of these people have been with me for many years, many salons/spas. I will feel much better leaving them if I can recommend someone good. As I started to consider how to find someone good, the thought that I could earn $$$$ by training them, and the "goodwill" occurred to me.
In my new location I'm going to build up a new nail business......that'll be fun! It will be the 3rd time I've done that.
