Ulta carries 2 gel starter kits. One is from SuperNail, it's a UV Gel. This kit comes within at sounds like a primer, a base gel, top gel, orange wood sticks, and some nail wipes. The UV light and gel polishes are sold separately.
The second one is from Red Carpet Manicure. The kit comes with a battery operated LED light, primer, base, 1 gel polish, top coat, cleanse, a soak off product. Cuticle oil.
