Grease a shallow 2 quart casserole dish. Cook ground chuck and onion over medium heat until meat is done. Drain off fat. Spread meat mixture in casserole dish. Combine undiluted soup and spread evenly over meat mixture. Top with single layer of frozen tater tots. Bake for 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly. ( I covered with aluminum foil while baking.) I can remember when I was a child she made this for Daddy because he had stomach ulcers! I recently made this recipe and it really brought back memories. Mamma's Angel Food Cake 1-1/4 C. Cake Flour 1/2 C. Sugar Sift together 4 times 1-1/2 C. Egg Whites 1/4 Tsp. Salt 1 1/2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar 1 Tsp. Vanilla 1/ 4 Tsp. Almond Extract 1-1/3 C. Sugar Combine egg white, salt, cream of tartar, and flavorings in large bowl. Beat until peaks form, add rest of sugar in 4 additions, beating until blended each time. Sift in flour mixture in 4 additions, folding in with a spoon each time. Pour in ungreased 10' tube pan. 375' 30-40 minutes. When you take it out of the oven turn upside down on a long-neck-bottle until it is completely cool. Run a sharp knife around edges to remove.
