A friend of mine had some glitches with his Series II meters, and it ended up being dying caps in the power supply. There was a lot more ripple in the meter power rail than normal.

Hi list

I have been experiencing some behavior on my Elan which is annoying. It has been swithcing its meters from VU to Peak spontaneously from time to time. It doesn't seem to follow any logic as far as how long it has been on or ambient temps or anything. Anyone ever experienced this with theirs? What could I look at to rememdy the problem?

Thanks for any help you might provide.

Casey
