The best performer in internet magazine of _all_ the isps over 6 months is
http://www.cwcom.net - cable and wirelss lite.
I've got them as a backup isp. The online registration pages seem to only
work with aweb, after that it is fine.

Try it.
Also, some mailservers let you pick up the mail by changing @ to % (percent)
in your login

If you have 3.5 and a different serial port, Amiga Format was talking about
NSDPatch.cfg
needing editing, you remove the # mark to uncomment the relevant line.
It's in devs: and exists already so rename, os3.5 has a file called
NSDPatch.cfg-new edit and rename this.
Then comment out the skipromupdate addition to the setpatch line in s:startup-sequence
