I think I see what you mean. You need call-waiting disabled on one
line, but you don't have call waiting on the other line. You seem to be
saying that you have a single ISP (randomc.com) and you have two lines
to call out on, but don't know in advance which line you'll be using.
You also seem to be saying that you have _more_ than one account at that
single ISP.
With all user setups, you can have up to four dialing entries per user,
so _if_ you only have _one_ number you want to dial into, you could set
up two dialing entries for the setup, one that disables call waiting and
one that doesn't. It will be pretty easy to see what each one is.
There should be one beginning *70 (or something like that) and one that
just has the phone number. Alt-A at when offline and at the terminal
screen brings up the different phone numbers, by the way. You just
select the one you want to use for that particular call.
For each separate account you'll need another user setup and you'll need
to set the dialing entries in the same way for each of those setups. It
sounds complicated, but you have two accounts already, so you must like
complications <g>. Alt-N gets the different user setups. Alt-A brings
up the different dialing entries in each setup. Try it out and see
whether it will work for you.
