The fact that conditions of employees in other sectors are worse doesn’t
mean IT employees can’t ask for their rights. When companies ask for all
the soaps, whether as land, electricity or tax exemption there is no issue
of protectionism. When lakhs of employees ask for their right, its
protectionism. IT cos are making huge profit. They have 30-40% growth in
profit. Who is creating this wealth? Are the employees getting salary
proportionately? Are the salary increased proportionately. Biggest of the
closures including the banks which were the pillars of US economy, happened
in the last few years. Who were responsible for that? Who suffered in the
collapse? Those idiotic business men and economists made money out of
majority’s expense just because they had power. They just want an obedient
workforce to create wealth for them.
