I agree with this. This list is not intended to be comprehensive, but
rather to provide some backstory for my nominations.
* James Carlson: lead for DAD, rbridges, DHCPv6. Broad and thorough
knowledge of the stack and interplay with other technologies.
* Eric Cheng: deep knowledge of GLDv3, especially control path.
* Renee Danson: lead for NWAM.
* Nicolas Droux: core architect for Crossbow; core architect for
link aggregation; deep knowledge of GLDv3.
* Erik Nordmark: deep knowledge throughout the stack, especially
IP and sockets. Lead for IP datapath refactoring.
* Sebastien Roy: co-lead for Clearview; architect of a number of
GLDv3 features, and new IP tunneling design.
* Thirumalai Srinivasan: deep knowledge throughout the stack;
multithreading/locking guru; Crossbow core architect.
* Sunay Tripathi: Crossbow and Fire Engine lead architect; deep
knowledge of datapath, performance, and virtualization.
