I would like to step out of the peanut gallery for a moment and add one more note: Currently (at least) 1/3 of the core contributors from all the communities are required to form a quorum for the OGB board elections (typically meeting on IRC or such). Last time, I recall it took a several days to obtain a quorum because a large number of core contributors were unaware of the 1/3 requirement. It is possible this will change in the future, but from my reading of the constitution, it is still in effect.
