My son-in-law has 12 desktops on his W2K installation (not windows-native, of course, but an add-on). Just why anyone would need so many I'll never know ;-) OTOH, he seems to manage with IE, which I certainly couldn't. Apart from the holes, when you're used to tabbed browsing you can't do without it. And the number of times I automatically do the linux select and paste when I'm helping out in windows, then curse because it doesn't work :-) Ah, well, we're completely OT now. Anne Anne
