As far as reading instruments goes, most folks on't have a clue and even after some training still get it wrong. I think that his remote diagnosis deal gets harder when you factor in the terminology roblem. I really do try to be as detailed as I can. If I you told I never made ny mistakes passing info, I'd be lying. People that can't describe a problem in manner that I can understand, I can't help. More and more people use some sort f shorthand speak that doesn't relate enough details to be useful. I've been old I always get in on something late here. That's because I think about it irst and then about how to word my reply. I'd like to be understood the first ime if only to save somebody some > time. Lots of times, I ust don't grasp what's being said and can't even start to reply. Mostly, a rocess is pretty easy. The more technical it gets the harder it becomes. I orked in a shop way back when and the foreman was big on telling you how to do omething but never why. You did our job and didn't learn anything.
