Well I re-checked the level. It was not low. I resealed it. Perhaps its air in the line as you suggested. Not sure I want to tackle bleeding them myself. I'll read through that section in the Clymer and then make a call on it. I don't really care too much for the bike shop in Roanoke, they are not very service oriented. It was low, I just topped it off, and after replacing the screws I guess I did not torque it tight enough, it's leaking around the seal, I guess I'll top it off again and tighten it a little tighter.
