Javier, that sounds like the ordeal I go through changing the oil in the
civic. My arm needs an extra joint to be able to snake around the axle to
get to the horizontally mounted oil filter, which then invariably dumps oil
all over my arm, the axle and the floor like it's been laser guided.

Luckily that's an 'every six months' sort of ordeal.

have to drain the oil from two different parts of the bike, one of the
drains is fairly high (where the gas tank will be in most bikes), which
makes it very complicated. You also need to take out the fairings to do
this (also if you want to get access to the battery). After few hours of
work, half of my garage and himself cover on oil, he was able to finish the
job. Now I understand why they charge so much at the bmw dealer.
