Past their prime? PAST!? You do these machines a disservice, good sir, nay
but they are only now entering the prime of their aluminum and steel lives!
They are not the raw-boned, jagged nerved machines of their youth, ready to
kill as quickly as obey, but have mellowed and smoothed their own rough
edges with age, and are ready to nurture new riders with their maturity and
obediently bond with more experienced riders.

You make them seem old and decrepit, for shame!

Who should not be typing when he's tired. Silliness ensues.

"That may sound harsh, but it's the reality of this love/hate relationship
we have with motorcycles that are past their prime."
