So it ran fine until your brother borrowed it, has he fessed up yet to what he did to it? Has he monkeyed with the intake in anyway? Is the airfilter still in place, the boots, snorkel, etc? Perhaps he bought some cheap gas or ran it low enough to suck some crud up off the bottom of the tank?
