The mufflers tend to rust out from the inside on the underside near the back. Replacement on eBay $100 -$250. If the mufflers are good and you're just talking about rust on exhaust pipes, that can be taken care of quite well, with sand paper, elbow grease, steel wool and brasso. I wouldn't replace the whole system because of the exhausts. You can also buy 4 into 1 for the CB650SC on eBay. Turn signal stems or stays - $9.00 JCW recovering seat -$45 -$75 maintenance going over/tune up/carbs cleaned , etc at a shop - anywhere from $400 - $700 Where are you?
