I agree with Hawaii Sean. Friend & I were riding the Cali coast summer of ~ 1980. His was a BMW 1200 jug head. I on my 1979 Electraglide. His clutch ferrell came loose/off. We were in Mendosino visiting friends in the boonies. There was a bike shop not too far away but they refused to work on the Beamer. We had to ride about 75 miles to Santa Rosa to get his bike fixed. Then it cost like $200.00. That was in 1980. And he laughed at me for bringing oil, spark plugs & a spare clutch cable for my hog. It was an AMF Harley. I never needed the parts.
