Google's not into this to actually serve customers. This is exactly
what they did with the 700mhz auction. Come in, stir things up and
push the market segment into the direction that they want it to go on.

They come in, shake things up, make the consumer expectation higher
and the rest of the industry has to try and catch-up... They never
REALLY intended to build a wireless network, but they did get what
they wanted out of it. I don't expect that they intend to roll this
out everywhere, just enough to raise the bar higher for the better of
themselves and the consumer.. Potentially at the cost of the
incumbents..
