when I dial the number on the site i end up in a que for support for home products. None of the choices in the menu get me to "enterprise support" or any choices for support of my product.
I have a few people on a secondary domain not getting outide mail. No problems internally, from primary domain members or other secondary, but NO outside email being delivered to their mailbox. I can see the mail coming in to the filter, and the filter claims to "deliver normally". When I use esm to track messages none of them show up. I noticed 2 days ago that ldap was not working. I have since delelted and recreated the ldap setup, and it looks healthy, did full synch with no reported errors, seems to have seen the right amount of "items", but still having issues with secondary email domain.
