+1 been using Sysaid at %NotDayJob% since v4. Picked it up initially for the inventory pieces and started using HelpDesk later.

Don't know about the importing or moving from your current system to SysAid. They have apps for BB, Droids and Iphones. However, we have no experience using those apps we still just use the web based part of it.
