I would think the 2003 one would have no clue how to add 2008 extensions..

Subject: adprep when adding first 2008 server

Need to add our first 2008 server on our existing 2003 server AD. I want to
make the 2008 server a domain controller. Which adprep should I be running on
the existing servers? The one for 2003 or the one for 2008 or are they the same?

  Thanks,

  James
