OK, the ADPREP folder on my 2008 media goes to sch44.ldf, and that one is about 3k in size

The 2003 only goes to sch30.ldf and 2003r2 only goes to sch31.ldf ! I want to make the 2008 server a domain controller. Which adprep should I be running on the existing servers? The one for 2003 or the one for 2008 or are they the same?
