I can't say for 100% but I'd think not .... since you can mix 64 bit and 32 bit servers, as long as they have the same AD version .... Check for the highest numbered schxx.ldf file on the media with the diskprep... I'll find mine on the 32bit version media, and I'll bet they're the same ... I seriously doubt the schema is 32 bit or 64 bit dependent ...
