You can rotate around, transform, etc. with Alt-Ctrl(PC) or Alt-Cmd(Mac), plus left and middle-mouse buttons. If you want to create a new camera from that view (other tun the default one), click on the dropdown that says, “default”, to the right of the camera icon in the viewer and select “create camera”. Then, if you want to look through the camera while adjusting it, select the new camera you created in the same dropdown menu and Ctrl-click or Cmd-click on the camera icon. It will turn green.
