I tend to agree with the general notion of this thread.
1. The product line is over complicated. Nuke (that has the NukeX features) and Nuke Studio are enough. 2. Times have changed and VFX packages have a lower price point nowadays. $4,800 and $7,500 respectively should be enough, hopefully. And again, it's not that I don't appreciate the amount of work it takes to create this wonderful software - but there must be a way to tighten the price gap. It's not that I think that Fusion or AE are comparable to Nuke in capabilities, but the price gap makes it difficult to persuade more studios to bite.
