I think this exchange has identified the need for a way to complain about someone without complaining to the list. It is awkward and painful to read criticism of oneself publicly expressed.
So what are the best channels? The first is obviously to react, in a non-angry way, directly to the person concerned, e.g., "I feel really hurt when you ...." If that doesn't have a good result, I think complaints should be sent to the Director in charge. Their email addresses and phone are at http://www.cyberus.ca/~obcweb/board.shtml If that doesn't result in a satisfactory result, complain to the President. Only after all that has not satisfied the complainant should the list be bother. Complaints about "Procedure" or other non-personal stuff are good in the list so everyone's input can be solicited.
