I have been having a similar problem with OAR. I sent notice of cancellation in August, they have continued to debit my bank account in Sept, Oct and Nov, plus they have now billed me for a full year's subscription because they say that the contract states that one can only cancel 2 months prior to the anniversary date of the contract - i.e one has the opportunity to cancel only ONCE A YEAR!! I cannot imagine that this is legal - anyone have any advice? This in spite of the fact that they are in breach of the contract themselves by not providing me with any service for months now.
