Same advice as I gave before - get your bank to reverse the transactions for a start and have report them to their bank. Sounds very impropitious what they are doing and might well contravene a whole lot of banking regualtions. But the only way to permanently be sure they will not debit you again is to close your account - a fight I have had with my bank. Standard Bank will happily reverser transactions on my order but they work on amount and not creditir name so I can give them a standing order to reverse all payments of say R231.89 but let my service provider change the amount and it slips through and you have to manually request the reversal. Try the banking ombudsman and PSIRA since there is already a case against them. Finally Justin Ashley is the ONW rep for security companies and if all complaints are sent to him they can be presented en masse to OAR If that ll fails go throw eggs at their shopfroint window - night make you feel a little bit better ;) Trev --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "The Observatory Neighbourhood watch" group.
