Hi all My tuppence worth... though I'm quite sure why this isn't on the heart of obs group but there you are.
Like others, including a neighbour in Collingwood Road, I have been sleep deprived and generally discomfited by the noise.To the extent that I took a drive around 11pm last night in the direction of Salt River along the roads below Lwr Main towards Albert Rd. Noise definitely louder there and no, I don't think it's the roadworks otherwise I would have heard that when I came back along Liesbeeck Pkwy, as far as opposite the Circus. The Mill stood out because it was bustling with activity, trucks departing and lights on in almost every window.
