As Garret points out even before the acquisition, Project Indiana
was a SUN managed and controlled project with a mostly open
development process at the discretion of SUN. So that does not
change with Oracle. OGB have been dealing with community
governance matters with what powers it had. However the lack
of communication is depressing to say the least.
