Yes, I agree with you. I understand that merging two such big companies
and one with a rather difficult relationship with opensource takes its
time, it is a truism that lack of communication hurts this relationship
further. Among people that were even remotely interested in OpenSolaris
that I know a current silent stance from Oracle caused very uneasy
feelings. I have to say that few that actually tried OpenSolaris decided
not to implement it, after all. This uncertainity can also be observed
on irc channels and blogs.
