it seems that you are contradicting yourself. Which of your claims:
- The OGB is silent
I was surprised this morning to read that the OGB was indeed still
meeting. Last things I recall seeing on this list, there was
difficulty finding a meeting time that worked for all members.
I assumed, obviously incorrectly, that a meeting time was never
found. I am sure I am not the only one.
Why is the OGB not providing agendas or at least dialin/time
information for the meetings? In the past, these meetings were
open to all community members, and when I was on the OGB we
would, every so often, have a non OGB community member attend,
either to audit or ask a quick question.
I see now that JohnP has been changing the topic in
#opensolaris-meeting, but I (and I am guessing others)
assumed the lack of any mails to this alias about
said meetings meant they were not happening.

should we take as the base for further dicussions?
Please note, it was an external community member
that started the discussion asking if the OGB was
still active. That some of the initial responses,
after a long silence (on this alias) from OGB members
were so negative against Oracle makes both of
Alan's observations true.
As you are actually meeting & taking minutes, would
the OGB please consider posting those minutes again
to this alias?
