The first is the only claim I made about the OGB - that the lack of activity
on this list does not help you in reaching either your community members or
the people at Oracle who watch the list because that's how they kept themselves
aware of the issues previous OGB's were discussing. The Oracle people may not
be able to respond or help as much as previously, but if they don't even know
that the OGB is meeting and discussing things, they can't raise them up their
management chains to those who should be able to deal with them.

The second only applies to Dennis' hostile message directed at one of
the few Oracle employees still interacting with the OGB. I don't know
if his other attempts to contact Oracle had similar incoherent and
relationship damaging material or not, since I am not privy to those
communications. I have seen nothing of the sort from other OGB members,
and those on the call I attended last week were far more reasonable and
willing to talk with me instead of yelling at me like I'm your enemy.
I fully understand and sympathize with high levels of frustration, but
taking it out on those who are trying to help you just hurts your cause.
