Only that which is derivitive, and that which is game rules, has to be 
OGC.  (Someone might come up and say that games rules don't *have* to be 
OGC, but they bloody well *should* be!)

And for proper credit, all you do is place the copyright notice of any 
OGL work you used in the Copyright Notice section of the license.
