illustrates what they've always been: equal to copyright, no more, no
less. *What* can be PIed is broader than what can be copyrighted,
but, IMHO, the protections afforded are equivalent.

Concepts cannot be copyrighted. Poses, outside of a specific pose of a given character, are very unlikely to be subject to copyright.
What types of PI protections are afforded these things in your opinion under the OGL, and under what circumstances?
