Concepts cannot be copyrighted. Poses, outside of a specific pose of a given character, are very unlikely to be subject to copyright.
What types of PI protections are afforded these things in your opinion under the OGL, and under what circumstances?
None. I believe that the PI definition would be significantly altered if it ever got to court, limiting its scope to those things that can be protected under conventional IP laws (whether copyright, trademark, or patent).
Or, at worst, they would be afforded the same protection as copyright, even when appearing within OGC: cannot be copied verbatim.
